Wolf Re: H.R. 1509, the National Media Campaign to Prevent Underage Drinking Act of 2001 Dear Representatives Roybal-Allard and Wolf: We were excited to hear that you have introduced the National Media Campaign to Prevent Underage Drinking Act of 2001! Binge drinking is the single most serious problem facing our nation's youth today and the media campaign will be an important tool in combating that scourge. Underage and binge drinking is a factor in about 80-90% of all violence, especially rape, in our nation's college and university communities. We must all work together to do everything we can to end this most serious problem.
