Offenses Reported- Section 485(f)(1) (20 U.S.C. 1092(f)(1)) is amended--
(4) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:
`(J) A statement
of current campus policies regarding immediate emergency response and
evacuation procedures, including the use of electronic and cellular
communication (if appropriate), which shall include procedures--
`(i) to notify the campus community
in not
more than 30 minutes in the event of a significant emergency or
dangerous situation, involving an immediate threat to the health or safety of
students or staff, occurring on the campus, in or on noncampus
buildings or property, and on public property;
`(ii) to publicize emergency response and evacuation
procedures on an annual basis in a manner designed to reach students and staff;
and
`(iii) to test
emergency response and evacuation procedures on an annual basis.'.

`(ii) to publicize emergency response and evacuation procedures
on an annual basis in a manner designed to reach students and staff; and
`(iii) to
test emergency response and evacuation procedures on an annual basis.';
