Registration Now Open For Clery Act Training Seminars

Clery Act TrainingRegistration is now open for the first Jeanne Clery Act Compliance: A Collaborative Team Approach training seminars to be held early next year in Orlando, Florida; San Diego, California; and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Compliance with the Jeanne Clery Act impacts many areas of campus operation and administration. If you are involved in any aspect of Clery Act compliance, you should attend one of these first of its kind U.S. government sponsored Regional Training Seminars on the Clery Act and obtain invaluable information and insights that will help you carry out your responsibilities regarding the Act.

Enrollment in these sessions is limited. Applicants will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis so click here to register and ensure that you and your colleagues can benefit from this important training and networking opportunity.

Sessions will be presented by a multi-disciplinary team of experts and will cover:

  • Crime victim assistance and sexual assault policies
  • Counting, collecting and classifying crime statistics
  • Ongoing reporting through timely warnings and a public crime log
  • Preparation and dissemination of the institution’s Annual Security Report
  • Prevailing promising practices
  • Building and developing collaborative partnerships

All sessions will be fun and interactive and provide seminar participants with opportunities to network and share ideas and expertise with others in the field. Find out more at http://www.securityoncampus.org/cat/.
